DIY Lip Plumping Gloss
A lot of people shed out tones of money on high quality lip plumpers, I know I have in the past. Lip Venom and simpler plumpers can set you back a good penny or two when all they are a just a few ingredients known to agitate your lips in order to help plump them. So why shell out big bucks when you can easily fake it for a few pennies and get the sassy trout pout you've always wanted. Kylie Jenner would be proud.

Five Guys Leeds
Just outside of Leeds City Centre hides a real treat from across the pond. Kirkstall's Cardigan Fields has now become the new home for the delicious Five Guys burgers and fries. A place where real quality food meets speed and that all american diner kind of feel. I've always tried to find Five Guys in the states but without a car they're harder to track down so once the Leeds store opened I knew I just had to go and try one of their famous burgers and fries. I finally see what all the fuss is about. So whether you want the best burger you’ve had in forever, hot dogs, peanuts or just every soda flavour you could possibly ever think of really look no further. This place really does offer up heaven in a brown paper bag.

Real Techniques brush collection and review
Real Techniques have taken the brush market by storm. I mean whats not to love about cruelty free products, which go beyond the product description all for affordable prices. All that while making your make-up application completely flawless, no wonder everyone loves them. Designed by beauty gurus Sam and Nic Champan, these brushes managed to fill a huge gap in the market where product meets price. Before Real Techniques the only option for quality make-up brushes was to purchase them from MAC or Bobbi Brown, which for a standard brush to be used on a daily bases were expensive, but now Real Techniques have made brushes assessable to everyone through a range of simple, price conscious products that are perfect for everyone to skilled make-up artists to your average girl to use. So what brushes do I have in my collection and what do I really think of them? Keep reading and find out.

My issue with Outlet Malls
So this post is a little different from my usual type but it's something which I thought I needed to write about and a lot of people have asked about after seeing my major rant on twitter. So I thought I'd finally make a blog post about it. I have an issue with outlet stores and malls for a few reasons. This is no way me saying outlet stores and malls are bad but it's just a little thing that really annoys me. I really do love a good bargain and I shop at outlets such as York, Cheshire Oaks and all the premium outlet malls across the pond in the states. However I only love it if I'm getting my penny worth and that is the thing that is bugging me here. How good are the discounted outlet retailers after all?

Under the tree; what I got for Christmas
While I've been a little silent over the last few weeks, with deadlines and then the madness of Christmas I've been a little less active than I was hoping to be over the break but deadlines and family time took over. I thought it would be a perfect time to do a what I got for Christmas post so you know what to expect will be coming up on the blog soon (lots of makeup reviews trust me.) This post is no way me bragging about what or how much I got for Christmas, just a little post for me to thank my amazing family and recognise how lucky I am. Just a quick thank you to everyone who spoiled me this festive season from my Mother, Sister, Boyfriend and his family. I hope everyone out there had a lovely Christmas and got all their presents from Santa Claus. Though I'm certainly feeling the holiday spirit on my waist line I can't help but love this time of year, especially getting lots of amazing gifts under the tree. I'm definitely on the nice list this year.
